• Preparing the survey reports for vessels cargo and petroleum products Surveying the quantity, quality & condition survey. Surveying ships Bunker, shore tanks gauging and quantifying the cargo and making reports. In case of heavy damage of vessels co-ordinating with P& I surveyor & preparing the joint survey reports and submitting it to the vessels owners, shippers and consignees whenever required through the management.
• Preparing of discharging and loading documents on the basis of the Manifest provided with the following data commodity, size, type, weight, Port of origin, final destination of the cargo.
